Manage team members and permissions

User Roles

Administrator

Full access to all features, settings, and user management

Member

Can view conversations, manage data sources, and view analytics

Viewer

Read-only access to conversations and analytics

Inviting Team Members

To invite new users to your organization:

  1. Navigate to Management → Team
  2. Click 'Invite Member'
  3. Enter email address and select role
  4. User receives invitation email with instructions

Permission Management

Administrators can change permissions at any time or remove users from the organization.
