Navigate to Analytics in the sidebar for a deep-dive into performance data.
Summary cards (top of page)
| Card | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Conversations | Total chat sessions in the currently selected period |
| Messages | Total individual messages exchanged |
| Feedback | Total feedback items; note shows the % positive rate |
| Ø Response time | Average AI response latency in seconds across all LLM requests |
These cards update dynamically based on the time ranges you set in the charts below.
The four charts
Each chart has its own independent time-range selector so you can compare, say, last week's feedback against last month's messages side-by-side.
| Chart | What it visualises |
|---|---|
| Feedback | Positive and negative ratings per day/period |
| Messages | Conversations and messages per day/period |
| Response time | Average LLM latency (seconds) per day/period |
| Token usage | Input and output tokens consumed per day/period |
Latency breakdown
Below the main charts is a Latency Breakdown chart that shows average duration per span type (retrieval, embedding, generation, etc.). You can change the granularity from daily to per-chat. Clicking a bar in per-chat mode opens that conversation's transcript.

- Last 90 days
- Last 6 months
- Last year
- All time

Your selections are saved in your browser's local storage so they persist across page reloads.
