The Dashboard is your home page — it shows a live snapshot of system health, total conversations, user feedback counts, and trend charts for the past week.

The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It gives you an at-a-glance summary of how your AI assistant is performing right now.
Summary cards
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| System | Whether all backend services (chat, database, embedding, LLM) are healthy. Shows memory usage as a quick-check note. |
| Feedback | Total feedback items received, split into positive and negative counts. |
| Conversations | Total number of chat sessions recorded in the system. |
Charts
- Feedback chart — positive vs. negative feedback over the last 7 days.
- Conversations & Messages chart — number of conversations and individual messages per day over the last 7 days.
Recent conversations table
The bottom section shows the 10 most recent conversations. Click any row to open the full transcript in the Chat view.
Tip: If the system card shows a red "Problems" status, navigate to a support contact or check the Health section for details on which service is affected.
