Conversations Page
The Conversations page lists every chat session your AI assistant has handled. Filter by date, origin, or session ID, then click any row to open the full transcript.

Navigate to Conversations in the sidebar to see every chat session your assistant has had — from the embedded widget, the internal chat, or any other source.
Stat cards

Filtering the table
Use the toolbar above the table to narrow down results:
- Date range picker — choose a preset period (today, last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days) or pick custom start and end dates.
- Origin filter — show only sessions from a specific source (e.g., widget, internal chat).
- Session ID search — paste a full or partial session ID to find one specific conversation.
- Reset button — clears all active filters at once.
Opening a conversation
Click any row in the table to open the full transcript in the Chat view. The conversation is read-only if it belongs to another user.
Refreshing the list
Use the ↻ refresh icon in the page header to reload the data without changing your filters.
Bulk-deleting conversations
Bulk-deleting conversations
Admin only. The bulk-delete button is visible only to users with the admin role.
- Check the boxes on the left side of the rows you want to delete.
— Use the header checkbox to select / deselect all visible rows. - A Delete (n) button appears in the toolbar once at least one row is selected.
- Click Delete (n) and confirm in the confirmation dialog (strict confirmation required — you must type a confirmation phrase).
- Deleted conversations are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Tip: Apply filters first to narrow down to just the conversations you want to remove before selecting all rows.
