Dashboard Overview (Home)

Reading the dashboard at a glance

The home screen (reachable via the Dashboard link in the sidebar) gives you an instant overview of the last 7 days.

Summary stat cards

Card	What it shows
System	Whether all backend services (Chat, Database, Embedding, LLM) are healthy. Shows "Healthy" (green) or "Problems" (red). Also shows current RAM usage in MB and as a percentage.
Feedback	Total number of user feedback items received, split into positive and negative counts.
Conversations	Total number of chat sessions that have taken place.

Charts

• Feedback chart — positive vs. negative feedback over the past week, plotted day by day.
• Conversations & Messages chart — daily count of new conversations and individual messages.

Recent Conversations table

The last 10 conversations are shown at the bottom of the page. Click any row to open that chat session in full.

The dashboard auto-loads on page open. If it fails, an error card is shown with a Retry button.

Navigation and sidebar

After signing in you see the main layout with a collapsible sidebar on the left. The sidebar is open by default on desktop.
