How the Magic Link sign-in works

ragistry uses passwordless sign-in. Instead of a password, you receive a one-time email link that logs you straight in.

Steps

1. Go to the sign-in page (e.g. https://app.ragistry.com).
2. Enter your work email address and click Sign in.
3. Check your inbox — and your spam folder — for an email from ragistry.
4. Click the link in the email. It is valid for a limited time.
5. You are redirected to the dashboard automatically.

Domain restriction: Only email addresses belonging to a registered organisation domain can sign in. If you see the error "Die Domain … ist nicht freigeschaltet", your organisation has not yet been set up. Contact your ragistry admin or support.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
No email arrives	Check your spam/junk folder; wait 1–2 minutes, then try again
"Invalid or expired link" error	Request a new Magic Link — each link can only be used once
Domain not authorised	Ask your admin to confirm your organisation's domain is registered

Onboarding for new organisations

When your organisation is first created, it needs to be configured before the full dashboard becomes available.

For admin users

After signing in for the first time, you are automatically redirected to the Onboarding Wizard. Walk through each step to configure your organisation — name, AI settings, knowledge sources, and the widget. Once you complete all steps and mark onboarding as done, you and your team will land on the regular dashboard.

For non-admin users (members)

If your admin hasn't finished onboarding yet, you will land on a Waiting page after sign-in. This page lets you know that your organisation is still being set up. No action is needed on your side — simply come back later, or ask your admin how far along they are.

Already completed onboarding? Accessing the /onboarding URL again will redirect you straight back to the Dashboard.
